OK...bercerita tentang kek nie. Adapun butter cake nie saya dah pernah post sebelum nie. Atas tajuk Basic butter cake tapi kek tempohari x colour. Kali nie saya buat kek pelangi ni menggunakan asas butter cake yang sama tapi saya jadian 3 colour iaitu merah, hijau dan kuning, Warna yang lazim saya gunakan dalam masakan saya. Saya jarang menggunakan warna2 yang lain seperti biru sebab suami saya tidak berminat dengan makanan yang penuh berwarna2. Mau xterusik dibuatnya...
Adapun resepi kek nie boleh dibuat cupcake. Jadi kekawan yang nak buat cupcake boleh guna resepi nie ye...
Apa2 mari kita layan
BUTTER CAKE RAINBOW
Bahan-bahan:
250g butter
200g gula castor
5 biji telur
225g tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
3 sudu besar susu pekat manis
Pewarna hijau, merah dan kuning
Badam cincang sebagai hiasan
Cara-cara membuatnya :
Sapu loyang dengan marjerin.
Ayak tepung dan baking powder.
Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang.
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
Masukkan esen vanilla dan susu pekat manis.
Kacau sebati.
Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak dengan baking powder.
Kacau secara kaup balik.
Bahagi kepada 3 bahagian.
Titiskan pewarna pada setiap bahagian kek.
Masukkan dalam anggaran 2 sudu untuk setiap warna kedalam loyang secara bertindih
(cth : Masukkan 2 sudu bancuhan berwarna merah, masukkan 2 sudu berwarna hijau diatas warna merah, masukkan 2 sudu bancuhan berwarna kuning diatas warna hijau) Lakukan sehingga habis
Tabur dengan badam cincang
Bakar sehingga masak (suhu 150-160 darjah selama 45 - 1jam)
# untuk CupCake:
Masukkan 3/4 cawan bancuhan kedalam paper cup.
500g krimwell250g gula aising
10g mentega
Cara membuatnya:
Campur semua bahan diatas
Pukul sehingga kembang
